Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationships between Globotent Carpas S.L. (hereinafter "Globotent") and its customers (hereinafter "the Customer").

2. Quotes and Orders

Quotes issued by Globotent are valid for 30 days. An order is considered firm upon written acceptance of the quote and payment of the agreed deposit (normally 30 %).

3. Delivery and Installation Times

The times indicated are estimates. Globotent will make all reasonable efforts to meet them, except in cases of force majeure (extreme weather, logistical delays, etc.).

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are expressed in euros and do not include VAT unless expressly stated. Standard payment terms: 30 % at order, 60 % before dispatch and 10 % on receipt.

5. Warranty

Globotent provides a warranty on the steel structure and PVC tarpaulin according to the specific conditions stated in each quote.

6. Reservations and Claims

Any claims must be made in writing within a maximum of 8 days from receipt of the product.

7. Applicable Law

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona.
